the DESIGN

The Daze Maze is a maze or a labyrinth that captures the essence of High Street in Christchurch and will allow spectators to relive their experience of being in the hub of Christchurch city. Our theme is to create an interactive space for everyone and allow them to perceive the past and the future by walking through the passages.

Overall Perspective the daze maze is a maze or a labyrinth that captures the essence of high street in christchurch and will allow spectators to relive their experience of being in the hub of christchurch city.	Christchurch Heritage Buildings the experience is created by using black and white stenciled images of the heritage buildings that were once stood on high street.	Colourful Array of Light the maze would be lit in colourful light which is also a reflection of high street’s nightlife.
Altered Paths the paths would lead to four main spaces, each based on one of the following buildings: the grand chancellor, the excelsior, the majestic and the odeon.	Musical Performances within these spaces we would have classical music performers provided by our client harry knight from knightlife.	Illustration Installment there is also a section dedicated to the youth and the children where they would be able to sketch their ideas for the future of their city.
